Quest Magazine
Quest Magazine grew out of the desire to create a publication that would stake out a middle ground in covering the previously mentioned topics, in other words to strike a balance between a traditional academic approach and the more sensational approach of tabloids. This is done by covering topics such as world religions and their important impact in society in a traditional manner with also including the esoteric aspects. Through editorials, the magazine has been an advocate for the inclusion of religious studies as a mainstream academic discipline in the public universities in the United States, arguing that religion is important in understanding world affairs.
