Congressmen Phil English (R-Pennsylvania) and James A. Leach (R-Iowa) have introduced the The Iraq Cultural Heritage Protection Act (HR 2009), legislation intended to provide for the recovery, restitution, and protection of the cultural heritage of Iraq.
The bill is supported by the editorial board of Quest Magazine.
